Verified at source
Owner, agent, vendor contact and — where one is agreed — the price, confirmed before a deal is published. Sound numbers with no source check do not go live.
Costed, not gross
Returns after buying costs, finance and selling costs; rents after agent, maintenance, voids and insurance. A yield before those is not one anyone receives.
Modelled your way
Cash, bridging or mortgage, at your rates and your deposit. The money left in moves as you change them; our figures are the starting point.

Stream Property Group is Ayden, Joe and Sam, based in Kent and working the South East — Thanet, Medway, Ashford, Dover and the coast between. We buy for our own portfolio first; the deals we cannot take ourselves are the ones members see.

Source first: vendor, vendor contact, agent, ownership, and the agreed price where there is one. Then the numbers: comparables, value after works, refurbishment, title, rent.

You model it
Change the funding to yours. Nothing you enter is saved or shared, and Stream’s verified figures stay locked beside it.

Register interest
Interest is taken in the order it is registered, and you are told your place. We take each deal forward one to one, in that order, with the full pack and the vendor’s position. Nothing is bought or reserved on the hub.
